Important Visa Details:

  • All visas issued are valid for a single entry only; multiple-entry visas are not available. Clients wishing to return to the UAE after leaving must apply for a new visa.
  • Passengers must hold a valid passport with a visa processed in advance, and the passport must remain valid for at least six months from the date of entry into the UAE.
  • Travel documents and identification cards are not accepted as valid passports. Passengers holding such documents will not be allowed entry into the UAE, and any visas issued under these circumstances will be considered invalid with no refund of costs.
  • All visa applications are subject to the approval of the immigration authorities and may be denied without explanation.
  • Passengers with passports or endorsements from Iraq, Israel, Palestine, Sudan, or Yemen should check with Pacetour before submitting their visa applications.
  • Visa charges must be paid at the time of application and are non-refundable. If a visa is denied by immigration authorities, the visa fees will not be refunded or adjusted.
  • Once a visa application has been submitted or processed, no corrections can be made; a new application and associated fees will be required.

Responsibilities of Pacetour:

Pacetour ensures that all clients traveling to the UAE have the correct documentation as outlined above. The Immigration Department will not make exceptions, and Pacetour cannot process visas for clients who have not completed all necessary documentation through our services. This means we cannot arrange visas for passengers who have made “own arrangements.”

Public Holidays: Please note that Friday and Saturday are public holidays (weekend) in the UAE, and immigration authorities will be closed for visa issuance on these days.

Special Conditions:

  • Single females aged between 15 and 30 traveling alone will not be granted visas unless accompanied by a husband with the same family name or both parents.
  • In the case of an overstay, Pacetour will incur a fee of USD 2,247 to resolve the issue. This amount must be paid immediately by the tour operator. The amount may be partially or fully refunded if the overstayed guest departs the country, provided that a clear copy of the exit stamp, departure flight details, and manifest are submitted (at a cost of USD 30 per manifest). If the guest’s name does not appear in the manifest, other proof, such as a copy of the boarding pass, may be required.

Criminal Activities:

  • If a guest is involved in any criminal act resulting in imprisonment, Pacetour will require a deposit of USD 2,247 to resolve the matter. This amount is non-refundable. Any additional fines and expenses incurred will also be charged to the tour operator, who is responsible for recovering these costs from the client.
  • If a guest is involved in criminal activities and is released (on bail, etc.), they will be deported before their visa expires. Authorities will impose fines on the sponsor, which will be billed to the tour operator and must be paid immediately.
  • Guests arriving under our sponsorship who engage in illegal activities, such as begging or prostitution, will have all fines and legal fees charged to the tour operator for immediate payment.

Additional Documentation: Guests using airports other than Dubai International Airport must provide Pacetour with a clear copy of the exit stamp, departure flight details, and a copy of the boarding pass upon departure. In cases where names appear as overstays, Pacetour will need to obtain a letter from the respective airline and airport authority to resolve such cases, with costs for these letters starting at USD 55. These charges will be billed to the tour operator for settlement.
